I didn't follow any recipe for the dressing - I tried to imitate the house dressing of a Japanese restaurant I worked at in Halifax. My tongue memory from 7 years ago turns out to be pretty reliable!

1 . Make dough for corn tortillas
2 . Flatten dough and cook
3. Serve with chicken and salsa verde
